Moody High School competes in the 5A classification with over 650 students in grades 9 through 12. Moody is apart of the St. Clair County School System and offers students the opportunity to take standard, duel enrollment, pre-AP, and AP courses. Students in grades 10 through 12 also have the opportunity to participate in programs offered by the Eden Career Technical Center which is apart of the St. Clair County School System.

Moody High School is currently ranked 41st within Alabama.
